  • How much does it cost to book The Sip Society?

    • Our pricing depends on guest count, service time, and event type. Most events fall within a custom package range, and we’re always happy to tailor something to fit your vision. Reach out through our inquiry form and we’ll build a proposal just for you.

    Is there a minimum to book?

    • Yes - our fully hosted events begin at a $750 minimum (this does not include public pop-ups). Final pricing varies based on guest count, service time, and customization.

    Do you require a deposit?

    • We do! A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your event.

    What days are you available for events?

    • We offer service 7 days a week! Weekend dates are in high demand, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your date. Weekday events offer greater flexibility.

    • We’re also happy to accommodate recurring weekday pop-ups or ongoing partnerships - just let us know what you have in mind!

    Are you open to custom proposals or budgets?

    • Absolutely! We always try to work with our clients when possible - especially for unique events, brand activations, or recurring bookings.

  • What kinds of events do you cater?

    • Weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, pop-ups - you name it. We cater all events, big and small.

  • What’s included in your setup?

    • Our mobile coffee cart comes fully equipped with our commercial espresso machine, grinder, plumbing, menu display, and everything needed to serve a full coffee experience - including cups, lids, and all the details.

    What’s on your menu?

    • We serve espresso-based drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and americanos - with seasonal specials and signature drinks available We’re happy to customize the menu for your event.

    Can guests pay individually, or does the host cover it?

    • Both options are available! We offer host-paid packages as well as guest-paid (cash/card) setups depending on your event needs.

  • Do you offer branding options?

    • We do! From custom cup stickers to drink names and cart decals, we love incorporating your brand or event details into the experience.

    Can you customize the menu or drinks?

    • Yes! We can create signature drinks, match your event aesthetic, or build a menu around your theme.

  • How much space do you need?

    • We typically require about a 6’x6’ space to comfortably set up our cart.

    Do you need access to power or water?

    • Yes - we require access to a standard power outlet. Water access is not required.

    What happens if my event is outdoors?

    • We love outdoor events! We just ask that a flat space with access to power is provided. We bring our classic black & white striped umbrella for all outdoor events.

    What if my event is outdoors and there is bad weather?

    • We’re always happy to serve outdoors, but we do require a covered or indoor backup option in case of rain or unfavorable weather. This ensures we can operate safely and maintain the quality of your experience. If you’re unsure about your setup, we’re happy to help you plan the best option!

    How far do you travel?

    • We’re based in the Capital Region of upstate NY and travel throughout the surrounding areas. We are open to travel, however additional fees may apply.

  • How far in advance should I book?

    • We recommend booking as early as possible - especially for spring, summer, and fall dates, which tend to fill quickly.
